You will also be able to access Amazon Relay Portal FAQs and operating guides for existing carriers that will provide useful information on how to operate successfully within our network.

Access loads 24/7 with the Relay Load Board With the Relay Load Board, carriers can view and book spot work for dry vans, reefers, box trucks, as well as port and rail drayage, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – all without having to pick up the phone.
To get loads for your trucks, just sort by location, equipment type, or desired lanes. “On other load boards, you’re working with hundreds of brokers. With Amazon, I’m already approved as a Relay carrier. I just book the load directly.”
Any Amazon loads posted on third-party load boards will only be tendered directly to approved and onboarded carriers via the Relay web portal or Relay mobile app.
Carriers can reduce empty miles and idle time by sharing when and where their trucks are available up to two weeks in advance, letting Amazon automatically book matching loads before they become available on the Relay Load Board.
