Many many PC's now have the intel devices that support this spec. Audio equipment developers such as Avid, Motu and presonus have hardware that support it.
I managed to "transplant" MPIO and msdsm driver from Windows 2019 to Windows 10 Pro (1703, 1709, 1803 and 1809) with success. The method needs to import some registry, copy necessary files into original place and manually check update for drivers.

The strangest part is that the feed URL was working just fine in the Windows 10 MRD client, but then I removed it, and I am now unable to add it back. If I restore the device from backup then the feed continues to work just fine in the MRD client.
