To unlock the image gallery, Go to game folder->renpy->common -> 00gallery.rpy. Open the file using notepad++ and search for "if not renpy.seen_image (i):" under that line you'll see it marked as "False". Change it to "true" and the image gallery will unlock. I have yet to find a way to unlock the replay scene gallery though :/

There's pretty much always a way in game to make it full screen, either the main menu, game play menu, 'f' key, alt+enter. But if none of them work, you can force it by right clicking on the shortcut to the game, go to the compatibility tab, and select "Run in 640x480 screen resolution", and apply that.
