Tony, Grammy and Emmy winner Cynthia Erivo joins TODAY to talk about “Wicked: For Good,” lessons she shares in her new memoir “Simply More,” and the sisterhood that she and Ariana Grande have developed.

Cynthia Erivo might be making headlines for Wicked, but the adaptation of the award-winning Broadway musical is far from Erivo’s first big role. In fact, she’s had a fair number of those before, both in Broadway and on the big screen, with a lot of awards and accolades to go along.

In a lively call from her hotel room to The Looker’s Joanna Coles and Sam Escobar, the Wicked: For Good star detailed her nightly post-Elphaba skincare regimen, the serums and creams she saves for special occasions, and her in-flight snack-and-mask combo.

Because a year later, Erivo was once again promoting Wicked in Europe when an unbelievable fan interaction happened and then promptly got turned into a meme. The Oscar-nominated actress spoke to Jimmy Fallon about what prompted her now-viral reaction, saying:
