The New York Knicks' Jalen Brunson scored a game-high 28 points against the team that let him get away in free agency, the Dallas Mavericks.
New York Knicks forward Josh Hart had jokes for his teammate Jalen Brunson after his disastrous postgame interview.
Part of the worry with Brunson is that he hurt the same ankle late last season. He was initially expected to miss two weeks back then but ended up being unavailable for 15 games before returning for the playoffs. The Knicks went 9-6 while he was out.
The Knicks (8-5) looks to improve their road record against the struggling Mavericks (4-11), with tipoff set for 9:30 p.m. ET tonight.
Brunson, who is a known WWE fan, replied to Skattebo's recent remarks, clapping back at his haters. While he didn't write anything, he posted a GIF of Edge (aka Adam Copeland in AEW) walking through the smoke during his entrance as World Heavyweight Champion back in the day.
Jalen Brunson scored 28 points in his return to the lineup and Landry Shamet hit a pair of 3-pointers in the final 1:03 as the New York Knicks beat the Dallas Mavericks 113-111 for their first road win of the season on Wednesday.
